look, its been a while, but I have submitted a flash that has animation in it

anyhoo, this is basically an experiment in combining 3D, flash and trad. emoticon type animation.

basically I made some emote shapes, made a 3D animation, and magically used flash to mix it all together and make the eye-sex you see before you!
I realise they dont have faces, and I may fix that some other time, its really late now so ima go dream of emotes running in circles

Just a question... with your emote hands.. don't you shade the bottom right and pixel differently from the one above and beside it?

yep I do, but not back when I did this, since then I've even done away with 'borders' on my emote bodies too

so tell me, do you regularly go around dA with a microscope

Well its a little more obvious here, because everything much bigger... but I'll admit I often will take emoticons and study them. Zoom in and see how some shadings been done, or how something has been animated...
